The topics covered specifically by me included Real Estate Title and Escrow Claims, Residential Real Estate Litigation, Procedural Issues and Traps, Drafting the Pleadings and Discovery and Trial Strategy from the Plaintiff’s Perspective. I wrote course materials and taught a 3.0 hour continuing education class that was designed to teach newer attorneys the proper way to litigate real estate cases. Goodrich-Gannett Neighborhood Center August, 2004-Present Trustee/Executive Committee/Vice President Not for profit community center established in 1896 by Flora Stone Mather. This organization provides numerous inner city community programs, including but not limited to elderly care, home health care, child day care, nursery school, adult vocational training, computer training, various youth and teen services, adult education and other family programs. The organization is presently working on a capital campaign dedicated to the construction of a new elementary school and existing facilities restoration.
Kenston Community Stadium Project August, 2007-Present Founding member of the Kenston Community Stadium Project, a group organized to raise $2.4 Million in donations to replace the existing Kenston High School football stadium. Successfully raised $700,000 to complete phase I of the project and have installed a new artificial turf field and walkway at the existing high school stadium complex. Opened September 17, 2009.
